Sad [:(] Creating CMAK Profile for WinXP x64

    Hi,

We use connection manager to distribute our VPN connection profile to our Windows XP x86 workstations. We've just started rolling out some new laptops with Windows XP x64 Edition installed.

When I tried installing the CMAK profile I received an error message 'This profile was not built for this processor architecture'. Having looked into this, and Googling around a bit, I found that you have to create the profile using CMAK from the Windows Server 2003 x64 admin tools. As we don't have a x64 server, I installed the wdaminpak.msi from the Win 2003 Server x64 CD (from our MS action pack subscription) onto one of the Windows XP x64 latops, and then created a new profile. However, after creating the profile, and trying to run it on the same laptop, I still receive the processor architecture error.

I can't see why you wouldn't be able to create a 64x profile when using CMAK on WinXP x64. Can anyone suggest how I can create a x64 CMAK profile, without having to install x64 Win2003 Server?

    Many thanks

    Ben
