I just got the x64 trial version to see how it is before i buy it and the image starts to boot but wont install because it cant find my hard drive. Is there a known issue with SATA drives and trial version?

It's exactly the same as xp32 you have to have you'r sata drivers on a floppy and hit f6 when you boot from the cd.

Unless you make a custom install cd.

Folow the instructions and you cant really go wrong
