Lack of support from hardware manufacturers.

Almost a year now since WinXP x64 came alive, and still we struggle to obtain genuine manufacture drivers.Companies such as "Lifeview", "HP" and various others still bury their heads in the sand believing there is not the demand for x64 bit computing. They need to take a look at the unofficial driver download figures, both on this site and on other x64 related sites. When will these companies realize that they are only as big as their customer base? and that x64 is here to stay.Or are they hoping we are all going to chuck our present hardware in the nearest skip and rush out and buy new?      Just like to thank "XRIQAU" for all his hard work on behalf of H.P. not only has he written drivers for their "ALL IN ONES", he's now come up with the long awaited "SCANJET" drivers (still no sign of them on H.P.s site). The guy deserves a Knighthood.

jc, I will add that to my list of things to find out from some manufactures when we are at WinHEC.
