Gigabyte GN-WBKG USB Wirelss adapter for networking that works

I found this hardware for Cdn $ 43 plus tax, down
loaded the XP64 driver and software in one from manufacture's web easy to install and use. (The CD came with the package had other OS driver, no XP64.)

i have just ordered this adapter and downloaded the x64 drivers for it. if it works, i will be a VERY happy man indeed!!!

who'd a thought that gigabyte would be the 1st wireless manufacturer to bother making x64 drivers, eh? let's just hope they work for others and not just you m8!

i can confirm, VERY happily, that this adpater and the drivers from the gigabyte site work PERFECTLY in x64!

i can't tell you how happy I am right now! after MONTHS, finally we have wireless on x64 without all the ridiculous ralink driver hacks.

install the utility, plug it in, enter your PSK and that's it... ONLINE!

I see that this was posted on 11/15/05, and I have been looking for a wireless USB adapter for sometime.  I would like to buy this but I haven't had much success finding a retailer for it.  The closest one I found the other day when looking was an online Israeli retailer.  Do you know if this is still sold?  If so, do you know of a reputable online retailer where I could purchase it?  Thanks.

newegg.com doesn't have the USB version, but they have a gigabyte PCI adapter which has 64-bit drivers available on the gigabyte website.
