XP x64 Trial has expired. What's req'd to make 'trial' permanent?

My Windows XP x64 Professional Edition trial has ended. Now I would like to keep it, but I have yet to find out through Microsoft what is required to do this. Can anybody help? Thanks

I'm pretty sure you're going to have to do an "in place upgrade" with a purchased copy of XP x64.  To do that, buy XP x64, insert the disc, and choose the upgrade option.
